At GOD55 Sports, we know you want your gear fast. We strive to process and ship all orders within 24–48 hours so you can get on the court and dominate the game.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (MYT) will typically be packed and dispatched on the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Note during high volume: During sales campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12) or tournament launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We use a weight-based shipping calculation to ensure you get the fairest rate. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

West Malaysia (Peninsular)

  • Courier Partners: J&T Express, NinjaVan, PosLaju.

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 Working Days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your Tracking Number.

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

  • You can track your parcel directly via the courier's website or the link provided in your email.

4. Damaged or Lost Orders

GOD55 Sports is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you are taken care of.

  • If your order arrives damaged: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take photos immediately and contact us at support@god55sports.com or via WhatsApp within 48 hours. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

  • If your order is lost: If the tracking status has not moved for 5 days, please contact us immediately so we can launch an investigation with the courier.
